Certified organic and aged an incredible seven years on the lees, Avondale's Cap Classique has rare depth, finesse and elegance. It is arguably the closest South African MCC to a truly great French Champagne.

Known as the rebels of the wine world, Black Elephant Vintners make MCCs that pair fun with absolute elegance. Built for the South African palate, they are dry in style but with just a whisper of fruit sweetness. The range is instantly recognisable through its bold colour identity — Tiffany blue, baby pink and all black — bringing as much personality to the bottle as there is in the wine.

Made in the cool maritime climate of the Garden Route, this Brut Rosé is fresh, crisp and wonderfully refined — a perfect balance of elegance and celebration.
Every bottle of Bloupunt wine tells a story — of the land, the season, and of the hands that shaped it. Artists Martin Osner and Samantha Lee Osner believe wine, like art, stirs the senses, sparks memory and celebrates the beauty of perfection. This delightful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has fine bubbles carrying aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white blossom, with a hint of toasted brioche from minimum two years on the lees. The palate is vibrant and dry with a flinty minerality and refreshing finish — a sparkle in every glass for life's quiet moments or festive milestones.

A dry Sauvignon Blanc sparkling wine with a balance of creamy texture, nutty richness and a hint of green melon. A favourite for many!
A Stellenbosch family estate best known for its celebrated Pinotage and Cape Blends. That red-wine pedigree shows in their Cap Classique — a bubbly with depth, structure and real character.

At Kanu, there's a bubble for every occasion — from the vibrant Angelina Pinot Noir and elegant Giselle Chardonnay Cap Classiques to the showstopping Angelina Gold, South Africa's first with 24-carat edible gold flakes, created in tribute to 50 years of Cap Classique. Inspired by their mythical Bird of Promise, with an exciting new chapter already waiting in the wings.

Champu Cap Classique — Named Champu, Kay's pet word for Bubbly, our Cap Classique is the perfect complement to any occasion! Our 2018 vintage is 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc and is deliciously fresh & fruity with a lingering brioche finish.

Le Lude, a wine farm in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley of South Africa’s Western Cape, follows an ethos committed to its founding family and the crafting of naturally bottle-fermented sparkling wines, known as Cap Classique. Today Le Lude builds on this important vinous tradition by specialising in Cap Classique, ensuring that grapes expressing site and terroir are coaxed into a premium product of unrivalled excellence. Innovation in the cellar and the restless, uncompromising pursuit of perfection in the bottle have made Le Lude one of the world’s most exciting new producers of Cap Classique, a wine becoming internationally renowned for finesse, elegance and refinement.

Their MCC Brut stands apart with a 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir blend — a combination most wineries reserve for their Rosé — delivering elegance and refreshing flavour, while their Brut Rosé is a rare 100% Pinot Noir, bursting with unexpected character and a beautiful pink hue. Both are crafted with zero dosage and no added sugar after disgorgement, letting the wine speak entirely for itself.

A true Cape expression of sparkling wine, shaped by minimal-intervention winemaking that lets the fruit and place speak for themselves. Fresh, vibrant and unapologetically modern, it's all about honest bubbles and easy enjoyment.

With over 70 years of winemaking heritage, the winery is renowned for crafting wines that reflect the unique character and charm of the McGregor region. Their Brut Rosé Sparkling is a light-salmon bubbly crafted from early Muscat, with a classic Turkish delight aroma, a delicate creamy mousse, and vibrant notes of zesty lemon and ripe strawberry — off-dry yet excellently balanced, and perfect for brunch or warm summer days paired with flapjacks, fresh berries or crêpes.

One of the oldest estates in the historic Tulbagh valley, Montpellier de Tulbagh has been making wine for over two centuries. This year the estate pours three Brut Cap Classiques, all from the 2018 vintage yet each quite different in character. The Pinot Noir is the driest of the three, while the Chardonnay is a classic Blanc de Blancs reminiscent of the great Champagnes of France. The Viognier is the most unusual — fruity and floral on the palate, yet still unmistakably brut.
