2026 Festival InfoThe Bubbles Festival returns to St Francis Bay. More producers, more bubbles, more magic — the same warmth and elegance.
From boutique Sparkling Wine producers to celebrated Cap Classique estates, these are the brands pouring at the 2026 Bubbly in the Bay Festival.

A dry Sauvignon Blanc sparkling wine with a balance of creamy texture, nutty richness and a hint of green melon. A favourite for many!

Their MCC Brut stands apart with a 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir blend — a combination most wineries reserve for their Rosé — delivering elegance and refreshing flavour, while their Brut Rosé is a rare 100% Pinot Noir, bursting with unexpected character and a beautiful pink hue. Both are crafted with zero dosage and no added sugar after disgorgement, letting the wine speak entirely for itself.

At Kanu, there's a bubble for every occasion — from the vibrant Angelina Pinot Noir and elegant Giselle Chardonnay Cap Classiques to the showstopping Angelina Gold, South Africa's first with 24-carat edible gold flakes, created in tribute to 50 years of Cap Classique. Inspired by their mythical Bird of Promise, with an exciting new chapter already waiting in the wings.

The House of GM&Ahrens crafts Cap Classique in the heart of Franschhoek, where the French method meets meticulous South African craftsmanship. Refined, beautifully presented bubbles made for slow, stylish celebration.

Champu Cap Classique — Named Champu, Kay's pet word for Bubbly, our Cap Classique is the perfect complement to any occasion! Our 2018 vintage is 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc and is deliciously fresh & fruity with a lingering brioche finish.

This new release from Merwida celebrates the delicate art of the Cap Classique bubble and the incredible joy it brings the drinker. With its light yeasty aromas, limey fresh fruit on the nose and rich creamy complexity on the palate, this Cap Classique is perfect for any celebration.

A boutique, family-run farm at Elim — the cool southernmost tip of Africa — named for the rare coastal bird that thrives along this windswept shore. Cool-climate fruit gives their Cap Classique a crisp, mineral, sea-fresh character.
Franschhoek's most playful winemaking crew, known for serious wine wrapped in irreverent, good-humoured labels. Their bottle-fermented bubbles bring the same joyful, don't-take-it-too-seriously spirit to the glass.
Named for the legendary Jan van Hunks, whose smoking duel with the devil is said to have wrapped Table Mountain in its famous cloud. The brand pours that mischievous Cape spirit into a lively, characterful bubbly.
The boutique label of Pieter ‘Mr Bubbles’ Ferreira — who shaped South African sparkling wine over three decades — and his wife Ann. Tiny production and a lifetime's mastery go into these precise, elegant Cap Classiques.
From the cool Bot River valley in the Overberg, Wildekrans is a family estate making characterful, terroir-driven wines. Their Cap Classique reflects the region's maritime freshness — bright, fine and made for the table.
